Dear future Secretariat member,
On behalf of the Organizing Team we would like to warmly welcome you and invite you to apply to be part of this year’s Sarajevo Model UN Secretariat. We aspire to make Sarajevo Model UN a truly unique experience for participants with a passion for international affairs, international law, lobbying, public health and global problem solving. We are looking to help our participants channel their passion and further their understanding of multilateral organizations. Through simulating multilateral diplomacy and formal debate of the UN and by hosting a series of academic lectures Sarajevo Model UN will educate and inspire the next generation of diplomats, global citizens and activists for change. As an inclusive and educational conference we put skill and academic development at the forefront. This years edition will be held under a common theme “Future together – Fostering international cooperation to secure a more prosperous tomorrow.” We believe that only by promoting international cooperation and dialogue can we bridge our differences and offer viable solutions for our divided societies.

- UN Security Council
We are looking for motivated individuals, willing to attend a 4-day conference in the heart of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sarajevo and dedicate their time and effort to make this edition of Sarajevo Model UN unforgettable. Chairpersons will be responsible for choosing the committee topics, providing a study guide, ensuring the smooth conduct of business within the council and enforcement of the rules of procedure.
Apart from the Chairpersons, we are also looking for an Editor-in-Chief, who will be responsible for day-to-day media content creation and managing a team of journalists.
